Eating Lunch: On-Campus Regulations

🤑 Purchasing Lunch:

Your student has the option to buy lunch during our On-Campus camps. However: 

• 🌮  Each Campus will have 1 lunch restaurant location which students can buy lunch at. This spot will be left to the discretion of the Coordinator. 
• 💰 Buying lunch is never guaranteed. Although we try our best, some establishments close without warning. In the case the lunch restaurant being closed, parents and guardians will be notified via phone and email that their student has gone without lunch.
• 🚗 Parents can also arrange for food to be delivered, but this is for parents to plan without the use of the coordinator, and as long as it does not disrupt educational time.

👥 Sharing Food Policies 

• ⛔ To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, absolutely no food may be shared. This extends to students sharing food between other students. 
• 🙁 One of the primary reasons for this policy is to prevent allergic reactions and other health risks. 
• 👩‍🏫 Instructors cannot buy food for students for any reasons including rewards, incentives, and kind gestures.
