FAQ: Supporting Your Child's Learning

Navigating Your Child's Educational Journey Together

As a parent or guardian, supporting your child's educational journey is crucial to their success. This FAQ article aims to address common questions and provide helpful insights into how you can assist your child throughout their learning experiences in our youth programs.

  • How can I support my child during their learning journey?
    • To support your child during their learning journey, consider the following strategies:
      • Encourage Open Communication: Maintain open discussions about their experiences in the program, including challenges and successes.
      • Be Involved: Show interest in their projects and celebrate their achievements together.
  • Will I receive updates on my child's progress?
    • Yes! Parents and guardians will receive updates on their child's progress throughout the course, which can be accessed via email. Additionally, you can check the Circuit Stream Learning Management System (LMS) for real-time information about your child's completed assignments, and any areas where they may need extra support.
  • What should my child do if they encounter challenges in their course?
    • If your child encounters challenges in their course, encourage them to take some of these steps:
      • Ask Questions in Class: Encourage your child to actively participate in class discussions and ask questions whenever they feel stuck.
      • Utilize Peer Support: Suggest that your child connect with classmates for group study sessions, or discussions.
