Ensure Your Setup Meets the Necessary Specifications for Success
A VR headset is required for this course.
To ensure a smooth and productive learning experience in your course, it is crucial to have the right hardware.
Find the requirements outlined below to properly prepare for your course:
Minimum Requirements
- Processor: 3 GHz (2 cores/4 threads).
- RAM: 8 GB.
- Network Bandwidth: 8 Mb/s network.
Operating System Requirements
- macOS: 10.13 or later.
- Windows: Windows 7 SP1+, 8, 10 (64-bit only).
- Linux: Ubuntu 20.04, 18.04, and CentOS 7.
Mobile Device
- A mobile device (iOS or Android) is required for testing prototypes in some course units.
MacBook users can develop for Android or iOS, while Windows users are limited to Android.
VR Headset
- A VR headset is required, and we recommend using a Meta Quest headset.
