[Participating in On-Campus Programs](https://help.circuitstream.com/youth-experience?hsLang=en#participating-in-on-campus-programs) March 11, 2026 # Engage in the On-Campus Experience: General Information for Youth Programs ## Essential Details for a Successful Learning Journey The on-campus experience for our youth programs offers a structured and engaging environment for students to learn and grow. Here's what you need to know about the daily schedule and essential information for a successful experience.  ### 📅 Daily Schedule - **Pre-University Program:** Classes will run from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. *No classes will be held on statutory holidays.* For a detailed breakdown of the daily schedule, please refer to the [On-Campus breakdown here](https://help.circuitstream.com/youth-programs-on-campus-schedule?hsLang=en).  ### ✈️ Arrival and Departure - **Pre-University Program:** Students should not arrive earlier than 8:30am and must be picked up no later than 3:30pm each day. We offer a flexible extended time for pickup and drop-off to facilitate different family schedules and work times. We do this through offering drop-off and pick-up 30 minutes before class starts and ends. However, this is the extent to which we can facilitate childcare. **Any and all requests to watch your child beyond this time limit will be declined.** This is to facilitate prep periods, meeting schedules, and break schedules for our staff. ### 🍱 Lunch and Snacks Students are encouraged to bring their own **nut-free lunch** and snacks to keep them energized throughout the day. Alternatively, lunch may be purchased on campus. Our on-campus staff will be available to accompany and assist students who need to buy lunch. **Purchasing Lunch is never guaranteed.** This process is outlined in [this](https://help.circuitstream.com/eating-lunch-on-campus-regulations?hsLang=en) help article. **Note: Lunch and snacks cannot under any circumstances be shared between students.** ### 🔌 Essentials To make the most of their learning experience, please ensure your child brings the following essentials:  - A laptop and charger. - Paper. - Pen or pencil. - Weather-Appropriate clothing. **Note that laptops are required for all programs, and will not be provided.**  This on-campus experience is designed to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
