      What is Premium Support? 

      Premium Support provides additional assistance for Plus Package learners, offering a valuable resource for those who have extra questions or wish to delve deeper into a specific topic. Whether you need clarification on a concept, further discussion with your lead instructor, or tailored guidance on your learning journey, Premium Support is here to help.

      How Does Premium Support Work? 

      To request Premium Support, follow these steps to submit a ticket to your courses Lead Instructor: 

      1. Provide Your Information: 
        1. Your name and email.
        2. The Course in which you are enrolled. 
        3. The subject of your query. 
        4. A detailed description of your question.
           
      2. Clarify Complex Queries:
        1. If your question is complex or requires additional context, mention this in your description. This helps the lead instructor prepare for your inquiry. 

      Top Tip: 

      Include a video showing where you are getting stuck. This allows the lead instructor to see exactly where you are having trouble and provide more targeted assistance. 

      How Do I Access Premium Support? 

      You can access Premium Support in two convenient ways: 

      • Directly Through the Circuit Stream Learning Management System (LMS): 
        • Go to your course in the LMS.
        • Select Premium Support on the right-hand side of your screen. 
      • Through the Support Request Form:

      • Be Specific: Clearly outline your questions and areas where you need help. 
      • Follow Up: If you receive feedback or additional questions from your instructor, engage with them to clarify any lingering uncertainties. 
      • Utilize Resources: Don't hesitate to refer to course materials or previous discussions when framing your queries, as this context can help your instructor assist you better.
