At Circuit Stream, we understand that circumstances may arise that could lead you to withdraw from our bootcamp programs. To help you navigate the refund process smoothly, we have outlined the criteria and steps involved in requesting a refund.
The eligibility for a refund varies depending on both the withdrawal date and the learner’s payment plan.
Review the Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- It is important to familiarize yourself with the Withdrawal and Refund Policy to understand the options available to you. The policy outlines specific conditions under which refunds are granted, including deadlines and the percentage of tuition refundable based on when you withdraw from the program.
Submit the Refund Request Form
- To initiate the refund process, please complete the Refund Request Form here. This form captures the necessary details regarding your enrollment and reason for withdrawal. Ensure that you fill out all required fields to avoid delays in processing your request.
Connect with the Student Experience Team
- Approximately one to two business days after submitting the Refund Request Form, a member of the Student Experience team will contact you to discuss your request and review your eligibility. They can provide personalized assistance and address any questions you may have regarding your refund eligibility.
Refund Processing
- If your request is approved, the Finance team will process the refund, which can take between five to seven business days to complete. Once processed, please allow additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
