Understanding how your grades are weighted is crucial for planning your study strategy and maximizing your chances of success. By focusing on each component - assignments, and the final project - you can ensure that you meet the necessary requirements for digital badge.

To earn your digital badge, you'll need to meet specific academic requirements throughout the course.

To earn your certification at the end of the course, you will need to achieve an overall grade of at least 70%.

Your final grade is calculated based on the following criteria:

  • Assignments: 30%.
    • The 8 weekly assignments throughout the course contribute 30% to your final grade. These assignments are designed to reinforce your understanding of key concepts and skills. Completing these on time and to the best of your ability is crucial for success.
  • Final Project: 70%.
    • The final project carries the most weight at 70% of your final grade. This project is designed to showcase everything you have learned throughout the course. It is your chance to apply your skills in a comprehensive project, so ensure you include all required elements and adhere to submission deadlines.

Being aware of how your grades are distributed is key to achieving your digital badge. Focus on each component of your coursework to ensure you meet the requirements. As you progress through the course, stay organized and proactive in your studies.

Your hard work will pay off, and we are excited to see you succeed in this journey!
