What are the drop-off and pick-up arrangements

Drop-off and pick-up procedures vary by campus and cohort. Before your child's first day, please review the information provided in your pre-camp emails and confirm the arrangements for your specific location.

🏕️ Drop-off and pick-up location

For your campus address, please refer to our Campus Locations page. Additional details about the designated drop-off and pick-up locations will be shared by email before camp begins. Please review these details in advance to ensure you arrive at the correct location.

⏰ Daily start and end times

On-campus camps typically run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pick-up at 4:30 p.m. Staff are not available to supervise students after 5:00 p.m., except in an emergency. Please check your pre-camp emails to confirm the exact start and end times for your child's specific campus and cohort.

🏕️ Drop-off and pick-up expectations

We ask that parents and guardians ensure their child arrives on time and is picked up promptly at the designated end time.

If you anticipate arriving late, need to pick up your child early, or have arranged for someone else to collect them, please inform your Camp Coordinator in advance.

 🚶Permission to sign in or leave campus independently

If you would like your child to sign themselves in upon arrival or leave campus independently at the end of the day, you must provide parental permission to the Camp Coordinator in advance.

During lunchtime, students must remain on campus. With prior parental permission, they may walk elsewhere on campus to purchase lunch before returning to their group.

Without the required permission, students must remain under supervision and may only leave with a parent or authorized guardian, as applicable.

If your drop-off or pick-up arrangements change, please contact your Camp Coordinator as soon as possible. You can also email our Student Experience Team for assistance.

Communicating any changes or permissions in advance helps our team coordinate arrangements and support your child's safety throughout the camp day.🏕️
