# What is the withdrawal and refund policy

We understand that plans can change. Refund and withdrawal eligibility depends on when the  request is submitted and the terms of the Circuit Stream's applicable withdrawal and refund policy.

For complete information about **refund eligibility, withdrawal deadline, administrative fees, and other important conditions**, please visit our Withdrawal and Refund page.

If you have questions about your specific registration or need additional assistance, contact our Student Experience Team via email.

**Need More Help?**

If you have any questions, please contact us at studentexperience@circuitstream.com.
