Your Guide to Understanding Class Structure, Timing, and Engagement Opportunities
Starting a course is an exciting opportunity that sets the stage for your future academic journey. Understanding the schedule structure is essential to fully engage with the learning experience and make the most of this transformative time.
The On-Campus Summer experience runs for 2 weeks, Monday to Friday (no classes held on statutory holidays), with different schedules for our Explorer and Pre-University programs:
-
Pre-University Program: Classes run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including a 45 minute lunch break from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM. Students will attend lessons with their instructor and participate in additional activities and lab work to apply what they've learned in practice.
-
Explorer Program: Classes run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Students will enjoy engaging lessons and hands-on activities tailored to their age group.

This schedule serves as a general guideline and may vary based on the specific Youth Program course being offered. Always refer to the course syllabus or contact the Student Experience team for detailed scheduling information.
By embracing the structured learning environment, students can maximize their engagement and foster connections with peers and instructors, enriching their overall experience. We look forward to supporting you on this exciting educational journey!
