      Understanding the Refund Process for Circuit Stream Youth Programs

      A Step-by-Step Guide to Navigating Withdrawals and Refund Requests

      At Circuit Stream, we understand that circumstances may arise that could lead you to withdraw from our youth programs. If you need to withdraw from a Youth Program course, it is important to follow the proper procedure to ensure you are eligible for a refund. Here is what you need to know: 

      • Withdrawal Notice: To be eligible for a full refund (minus a non-refundable administration fee of $75), you must submit a written notice via email to the Student Experience team at studentexperience@circuitstream.com before the start of the third class. 

      Refunds cannot be issued for withdrawal requests received after the third class has begun. 

      While we hope you have a fulfilling experience in our youth programs, we understand that plans can change.
