If you need to withdraw from a youth program, please follow the process below so your request can be reviewed appropriately. **Submitting a Withdrawal Request** If you are registered in a youth course and would like to withdraw, please submit a request through our [Withdrawal & Refund Form](https://circuitstream.typeform.com/to/Ex31wrbs?typeform-source=circuitstream.com). Once submitted, please allow **1–2 business days** for the Student Experience team to review and process your request. **Refund Eligibility** If written notice of withdrawal is received **at least two weeks before the course start date**, the learner may be eligible for a **full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee**. Administrative fees are as follows: - **$150 per online course** - **$200 per on-campus course** Refund requests **submitted within two weeks of the course start date cannot be processed**, except in cases ofmedical circumstances. In these situations, a medical note will be required for the request to be considered.
