Understanding the Refund Process for Circuit Stream Youth Programs
A Step-by-Step Guide to Navigating Withdrawals and Refund Requests
At Circuit Stream, we understand that plans can change. If you need to withdraw from a youth program, please follow the process below so your request can be reviewed appropriately.
Submitting a Withdrawal Request
If you are registered in a youth course and would like to withdraw, please submit a request through our Withdrawal & Refund Form. Once submitted, please allow 1–2 business days for the Student Experience team to review and process your request.
Refund Eligibility
If written notice of withdrawal is received at least two weeks before the course start date, the learner may be eligible for a full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
Administrative fees are as follows:

$150 per online course

$200 per on-campus course
Refund requests submitted within two weeks of the course start date cannot be processed, except in cases of medical circumstances. In these situations, a medical note will be required for the request to be considered.
While we hope every learner has a rewarding experience in our programs, we understand that circumstances may change and appreciate your understanding of these policies.
